Cosmic by Celeste
Music Mayhem, Volume 1 · part of a multi-author series
Some inheritances you don’t get to refuse.
Celeste Bellamy has spent a decade turning grief, ambition, and one impossible mentor’s belief in her into the only language she trusts: perfume. When Jocelyn Hastings — the woman who gave her a lab, a legacy, and a reason to stay in New York — dies, Celeste is left with an unfinished fragrance, a company in freefall, and no idea who’s left to protect either one.
Certainly not Jocelyn’s son. Thad Hastings is a rockstar with a bad reputation, a band waiting for him in Berlin, and zero interest in running a perfume empire he never asked to inherit. He came home to bury his mother, not become her.
But he doesn’t leave.
Something about Celeste — her precision, her stubbornness, the way she talks about scent like it’s the only truth she’s ever trusted — makes him want to find out what his mother actually built, and why it mattered so much to her. As a hostile uncle circles the company and the launch of Celeste’s masterpiece hangs by a thread, Thad and Celeste are thrown into each other’s orbit: late nights in the lab, stolen hours in the back of cabs, and a fragrance that might be the only thing either of them has left to lose.
She’s spent her life being careful. He’s spent his running from anything that asked him to stay. Neither of them planned on this.
Some legacies are written in scent. This one might be written in both of them.

Fallon
Devil’s Handmaidens MC: New Mexico Chapter · part of a multi-author series
Fourteen girls. One van. One MC willing to go where the law won’t.
Fallon Serrano built the Devil’s Handmaidens to do the work the system refuses: run the border, hunt the traffickers, bring people home. As Leona of the Southwest chapter, she’s crossed every line worth crossing. She thought she’d drawn the only one that mattered — never again let Dove Winters close enough to break her.
Then Dove shows up at her door in the middle of a storm.
Three years ago, Dove Winters walked away from the outlaw world — and the woman she loved — because she couldn’t watch Fallon choose the gun over the girl. She built a new life: law degree, clean hands, no looking back. But her younger sister has been taken by the Serpientes Cartel, the authorities have a file and no plan, and Dove is out of options.
Fallon is the only person alive who can bring Eden home. She’s also the last person Dove ever wanted to need again.
What follows is six hundred miles of desert, a cartel with nothing to lose, and two women carrying three years of unfinished business through every mile of it. They can save Eden. What they can’t promise is that they’ll come out the other side without finishing what they started.
The fire never went out. They just stopped feeding it.

Along the way they’ll find Curse-Breakers and people hunting them, and learn that nothing is what it seems. If the curse can be broken, Zion can save himself and his cursed half-brothers, each with a different sin.
Tiān Kōng Luán
Twins with opposite powers and beliefs must unite to fight against a threat greater than all witches.
Xiao Hong, better known as Rayne, left her circle of witches years ago, before the conflict with her twin sister got out of hand. She blended into the crowd in America’s larger cities, hiding in plain sight. She never planned to return to the cult-like society she came from, and she thought she had escaped, until her twin summoned her home to stand against an evil so dangerous that even Rayne couldn’t ignore it.
Ming-Yue hated calling every circle member back to the mountains of San Francisco, even her traitorous twin. But no member, not even those who had abandoned the circle, could be left behind if they hoped to fight the dark presence. Now that foolish mortals had ripped the ancient portal open, a greater evil had been loosed on the world: the very thing they had been bound to defend against. They had to protect the world, no matter the cost or what personal issues stood in the way.
The Alice Murders
A supernatural horror novella
The Alice Murders remain, to this day, one of the strangest unsolved serial killings in Japan.
From 1999 to 2005, a series of five killings took place. They might have seemed completely unrelated if not for the calling card the killer left at each crime scene: a playing card, different every time, placed somewhere prominent with “Alice” written on it in the victim’s blood. Few clues were found at any of the scenes, and eventually the case went cold.
A fictional retelling of each of the murders, told as a supernatural horror novella.
The Eyes Have It
A horror ghost story novella
Set in Carrie Tingley Children’s Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Two fathers take their sick daughter to the hospital, only to find that she keeps getting worse. One of the fathers keeps seeing and hearing things, and he begins to uncover something about the hospital he’d only heard about in rumors and legends.
Not all myths are lost, and real horror isn’t just stories.
Night Tales
A short story collection
Stories that go bump in the night. These tales dabble in Lovecraftian mythos, urban legends, and a side trip into time travel. They’re not your ordinary ghost stories to tell around the campfire.
- Carrie Tingley Hospital: an urban legend set in New Mexico, where the writer lives and haunts. Ghosts and paranormal activity have been reported at the hospital since it opened as a tuberculosis center in 1937. It was built to help, but the spirits of those who passed stick around, looking for a way out.
- The Alice Murders: an urban legend based on an unsolved murder mystery. Even now, no one knows what happened or why. There are only questions.
- Who Do You Trust: a time travel story that shows you can trust the wrong person.
- Two takes on the Lovecraftian mythos: a priestess of Cthugha on Earth, and what happens when you play in the dream world.
Staghelm
A standalone epic fantasy
New Avalon has a treaty with the Fae. Treaties, like promises, come due.
Sćathach Abernathy was never meant to matter to a kingdom. Winter and Autumn both run in her blood — an inheritance her family has spent generations trying to forget, until the boundary between worlds begins to fail and no one else is left who can hold it.
Prince Michael Sinclair has spent his whole life doing the parts of ruling his father won’t. He’s good at it. He’s tired of it. And when the price of saving his kingdom turns out to be a debt only he can pay, he does the one thing he has never let himself do: choose himself last.
What follows is a war fought as much in council chambers and quiet betrayals as on any battlefield — a brother’s resentment curdling into something worse, a four-hundred-year-old contract with teeth no one remembers, and a love that has to be enough to build a life around, even after it can no longer be spoken aloud.
Sćathach will rule alone. She will raise sons who ask hard questions. She will meet a White Stag at the treeline every autumn morning for the rest of her life — and never once explain to anyone why that matters.
Some debts don’t end when they’re paid. They just change shape.
An epic fantasy of sacrifice, inheritance, and a love that outlasts the body it started in — for readers who want their romance high-stakes and their fantasy politically sharp.
