Wendy Cheairs lives with her husband and tailless cats, who all think they run the house. Now that she is writing full-time, her fiction runs the gamut of horror, fantasy, urban fantasy, and romance to whatever comes to mind in her over-caffeinated brain. Raised in the southwestern part of America, she hides from the desert sun in the writing cave, avoiding setting herself ablaze as a redhead. She also writes under W.M. Dawson and Sage Knight.
W.M. Dawson
W.M. Dawson writes from a desert writing cave, mostly to avoid combusting as a redhead in the sun. Her stories live in the space between paranormal, academy fantasy, and romance — magic with rules, monsters with manners, and characters who almost always make the worse decision. She shares her house (and her plotting sessions) with her husband and a small committee of tailless cats who are, by unanimous vote, in charge.
Sage Knight
Sage Knight writes stories where the wolf is never far from the surface — pack loyalty, primal pull, and romance with teeth. She lives in the desert Southwest with her husband and a household of tailless cats who’d never admit to being outranked by anything, wolf or otherwise. When she’s not writing, she’s hiding from the sun as a redhead who burns approximately on contact.
